Returns & Exchanges
We handle returns on a case-by- case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy.
Please notice that Caamoz will not reimburse any damage to device used together with Caamoz products. Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
Caamoz Webshop products have a full 14 day money back guarantee from the day you receive your order. We will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and when accompanied by an original box. Please make sure that postal stickers will not be attached to original box, so we recommend using wrapping paper etc.
You can either exchange your product or receive money refund. Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.
You should arrange a return shipment yourself through any postal courier within 14 days. You will be responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel and the products will be your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
You must return your product or notify us with your intent to return within 14 days after delivery.
We aim to process a refund within 3 days of receiving your parcel and send you an e-mail to let you know we have received and processed it. After you have received the e-mail, please allow another 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you have.
