If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website. The website complies to all Finnish national laws and requirements for user privacy. The articles in webshop are sold by Caamoz Oy (VAT ID 2828908-8). The prices included VAT. We reserve the rights of change the prices of the products and/or shipping costs. We are unable to take responsibility for any loss or damages that you may suffer if we are unable to supply the goods.
PLACING AN ORDER
The articles can be ordered via Internet with your PC, laptop or mobile device from address www.caamoz.com. Right after placing the order you will receive a confirmation to your email. Customer agrees the valid terms and conditions when placing the order. We do not place orders from children under the age of 18.
Unless stated otherwise, all prices include VAT (where applicable) and exclude shipping costs. Any Customs or import charges on International deliveries must be paid by the customer.
Whilst great care is taken to maintain accurate pricing on the site, there will be situations where a mistake may occur and for this reason the pricing cannot be guaranteed. If this occurs, we will notify you of the error before your order will be processed. You will then have the choice to either accept the correct price or to cancel your order.
We reserve the right to alter prices from time to time without prior notification, however if you have paid for an item at a price prior to the change then this price will stand for that transaction.
Credit and charge card payments are subject to validation and authorization by the cardholder's issuer and we will not be held liable for any non-delivery or delay if a card issuer refuses to authorize payment.
We cannot accept responsibility or liability for failures in transmission of information deletion, non-delivery or failure to store any communications by you.
If there are discrepancies in the order details regarding customer/shipping/card holder address your order maybe subject to additional security checks. You may be asked to provide further proof of identity, failure to comply with these request may result in delay or cancellation of your order.

AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
Orders will be shipped out at every weekday and delivery time is 2-5 working days, outside EU 4-8 working days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the operation of transport company. We cannot guarantee permanent or continuous availability of all products on this site. All orders are subject to availability at all times.
It is your responsibility to contact the post office or courier company, as applicable, to arrange for the collection or delivery of products that could not be delivered because you were unavailable.
YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We will use the information you provide to enable us to process your orders and to provide you with the services and information offered through our website and which you request. The purpose of processing personal data
- Personal data stored in the register is used for managing the relationships with customers and for managing, developing and analyzing the Data Controller’s customer service and other operations as well as to direct marketing at special customer groups.
- Personal data collected may be used for marketing purposes pursuant to applicable laws, such as the Finnish Personal Data Act.
Content of the register
Information included in the following data groups may be processed in the register:
Basic data, such as: name, e-mail address, telephone number and mailing address.
Data related to offers and purchases as well as other communication, such as: Benefits, services and campaigns directed at and offered to the data subject and the use thereof; other communication and measures related to the customer or co-operation relationship as well as dates of the purchases and products purchased (number and price of the products purchased and the total sum of purchases).

The customer’s data are not disclosed to parties other than Caamoz Oy or third parties authorised by Caamoz Oy. Authorised third parties are: service providers and developers, participants to service analysis, parties delivering orders and payment service providers. These authorised third parties may use your personal data only for the purposes described in this data protection policy. In cases where required by law, such as investigating fraud or abuse, information may be disclosed to authorities.
The data transfers are carried out in compliance with the Finnish Personal Data Act (523/1999, as amended) and the Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on Data Protection (95/46/EC).
9. Rights of the data subjects
Data subjects are, within the limitations imposed by applicable law, entitled to a) check what data Caamoz Oy has collected of him/her; b) require that any incorrect, useless, incomplete or outdated information be corrected or removed; c) prohibit Caamoz Oy from processing his/her personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, market research and opinion polls.

10. The principles in accordance to which the data file has been secured.
Tangible material (paper registration forms) is disposed after the data has been saved into the register. Before the disposal, the material will be saved in a locked space. Use of the register within the Data Controller’s organisation has been instructed, and access to the personal data file is restricted so that access to the information stored in the system and contained in the register and the right to use that information is only vested in those employees of the Data Controller who have such right on the basis of their work assignments. The data processing system is protected by data protection software for the operating system. Access to the system requires that each user of the register enters a user ID and password.
